THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING EMPLOYMENT AT WONDERFUL CARE SERVICES

  • Fully completed Application Form (including all details for references, names, email addresses and telephone numbers for the office to contact, past employment details and GAPS in employment must be declared)
  • If you cannot provide 2 WORK REFERENCES, please provide 1 work & 2 character references
  • IF YOU HAVE A HOLIDAY BOOKED FROM YOU PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT YOU MUST LET US KNOW, please complete the attached holiday form & pass onto the office staff

Documents Needed:

  • GDPR / Health Declaration / Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy & Procedure (provided by the office for you to fill in & sign)
  • 2 x Proof of addresses
  • Proof of National Insurance Number
  • DO YOU DRIVE?, please provide your driving licence, number plate of your car (Tax & MOT will be checked), and your Certificate of Motor Insurance (this can be emailed to office@wcsl.care)
  • Passport / ID Card
  • UK Settlement Letter (if applicable)
  • Employee Handbook (employee to keep)

PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM IN FULL as we cannot accept CVs.
