Fully completed Application Form (including all details for references, names, email addresses and telephone numbers for the office to contact, past employment details and GAPS in employment must be declared)
If you cannot provide 2 WORK REFERENCES, please provide 1 work & 2 character references
IF YOU HAVE A HOLIDAY BOOKED FROM YOU PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT YOU MUST LET US KNOW, please complete the attached holiday form & pass onto the office staff

GDPR / Health Declaration / Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy & Procedure (provided by the office for you to fill in & sign)
2 x Proof of addresses
Proof of National Insurance Number
DO YOU DRIVE?, please provide your driving licence, number plate of your car (Tax & MOT will be checked), and your Certificate of Motor Insurance (this can be emailed to office@wcsl.care)
Passport / ID Card
UK Settlement Letter (if applicable)
Employee Handbook (employee to keep)
